Jermain Defoe. Premiership player in the 1st division. Foz will have to be at the top of his game to stop him causing trouble.
How has West Ham's season gone so far?

Well we're in the top three -only a couple of where we should be! The best
thing has to be ridding the lub of Roeder - nice guy, but pants manager.

What are the fans ambitions?
It's not completely true what they say in the press: Anything less than top
spot is a catastrophe for the Hammers". But anything less than being in the Premiership next season would be.

What's the pre-season been like, transfer activity wise?
Mostly out unfortunately. After losing most of our players, including di Canio via bosmans, Johnson, Sinclair, Kanoute, Schemmel and worst of all Joe Cole left, before a handful came in, including David Connolly and Rob Lee.

Star player to look out for?
Probably Jermain Defoe - although for some reason him and Connolly don't like passing to each other. David James could also be a thorn in your side.

Strong point in the West Ham team?
There are still some class players at the club - Michael Carrick, Jermain Defoe and David James being the obvious ones. But I expect good things from our strikeforce, with Mellor and Connolly probably lining up alongside
Defoe.

Weak point in the West Ham team?
Aside from Defoe and Connolly's reluctance to pass to each other, I would probably say a lack of strength in depth. Any more injuries to major players, and there could be serious problems at Upton Park.

Know much about the Crewe team? Players that catch your eye etc?
I would love to say I know a lot, but my knowledge of Division one is steadily improving...Dario Gradi seems like a good manager though, and it's a shame that Hulse has left.

Who do you want as manager, if Brooking can't/won't have the job?
Pardew would be good, as would Curbs. But Brooking is No 1 by a long shot.

Prediction for Tuesday?
We've not got into a rhythm in division one, so don't expect a goal fest. Like most of your games so far this season, it will probably be close - although I'd expect West Ham to nick it. 2-0 perhaps?
