The Main Stand, Millmoor
The Ground itself:

Possibly the most dilapidated stadium in Division One, Millmoor is in desperate need of a makeover, which has been announced but has yet to take effect. The Main Stand houses home fans, and runs approximately half of the pitch length. An eyesore that is made up of about ten bright red portakabins stacked on top of each other sits next to the Main Stand. The equally unimpressive Millmoor Lane Stand sits opposite, made up of seating and old fashioned terracing.

Away fans are situated in the grounds most modern stand, the all-seater Railway End, which can house 2,000 fans. Three stanchions provide a limited view, and fans are expected to tackle a scrap heap and then a small narrow alleyway in order to access the ground.

Lastly, The Tivoli End is where the home fans are situated, and where the vast majority of noise comes from at matches. This is totally terraced and houses about 1500 fans.

Away fans often complain that the ground is far too cramped and that the build quality of the away end is incredibly poor. Rotherham’s rapid rise to Division One under Ronnie Moore came at a sacrifice, as the ground is desperately in need of redevelopment.

Want a drink?

Alcohol is unavailable in the away end, so The Millmoor Pub on the corner of Millmoor Lane is a recommended watering hole for away fans, as is the Tivoli Club within the ground. The Moulders Rest, situated on Marlsbrough Road, a stones throw from the ground is another option, although they can be picky depending on whose playing. Bearing in mind CAFC's impeccable behaviour record, it should be open.

Away fans are advised to cover up team colours especially in the town centre, and if you can, avoid The County Borough, Shooters and The Prince of Wales, as tensions have been known to run high in these establishments.

Specified Parking Spaces for away fans are found behind the Zone nightclub on Main Street, which is well signposted from the ground itself.
