Back to the game. Crewe were in front after 10 minutes when Miles knocked one past the RMI keeper from close range. Then only 10 minutes later James Robinson, from the U-18s, scored a one on one as Bell got his second assist.
However after half time it was Steve Jones who stole the show against his old club. The pace of the winger was enough to get past the Leigh defence to go one oin one with the keeper, and unlike before, the 25 year old slotted the ball past the RMI keeper.
After the match Dario spoke about it and said Sodje will be starting against Northampton.
