Fylde U-18's play in the Lancashire Floodlit League and have only lost one game all season.
The U-18's have seen off Altrincham, Curzon Ashton and Wakefield on order to face The Railwaymen.
Crewe will be looking for another good run in this seasons competition after having good wins over Bradford City and Leeds United only for heartbreak in the 3rd round as they crashed out on penalties against Arsenal.
Prices for the game on Wednesday are £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.
