Nolan who is 19-years of age has been called into the Northern Ireland U-21 squad that will face Serbia in a European Qualifying match at Shamrock Park on Tuesday 9 September.
Nolan featured in the first two games of the new season against Fleetwood and Barnsley in the League Cup, but lost his place to Stoke City loan signing Jamie Ness.
18-year old Jones who signed professional forms in the summer with a two-year deal has featured in some of the clubs pre season games, Winsford born Jones will face the Czech Republic in a friendly at Cappilow Park inGreenock. Jones will miss the clubs home tie against Rochdale in the Johnstone Paint Trophy which is on the same night as the friendly.
