Woodards who was transfered listed last month after the he rejected a contract extension at the club.
The former Exeter City right-back who joined the Railwaymen in January 2007 for £30k had been a consistant performer since arriving from St James's Park.
Woodards's advisor Tony Finnigan claims he has spoken to a few clubs on the players behalf which included Crystal Palace.
Finnigan told the Stoke Sentinal newspaper 'No-one has made a bid for Danny, but there's been a few tentative inquiries and I have had a few conversations.
'Crewe have put him up for sale, but done little else. So Stoke, Derby and Walsall are among the clubs I've spoken to.'
