In October after the LDV tie Dario and then Mansfield manager, Stuart Watkiss, agreed to swap players for two months. Colin Little for Andy White. Dario is a massive fan of White and wanted(Still does) to sign White but everything went down hill. Little wasn't quite enjoying his spell at Field Mill due to the travelling from Crewe and then Suart Watkiss got the push for Keith Curle - he wanted his own look at the 6ft striker.
After Saturday though White was pulled off after 70 minutes as Mansfield cruised to a 4-0 victory over Blackpool. On Monday Dario came out and said he is still interested in the 20 year old saying : "I need Mansfield to have time to sort out what they want to do with Andy.

"We might well still look at it, but there is no rush.

"If the previous manager (Stuart Watkiss) had shown any interest in Colin Little I would have said they could have taken him in exchange for Andy.

"Now Colin is not in the equation, I would have thought they would want a sum of money for Andy.

"But he is out of contract at the end of the season, so we will have a look at it then.

"I quite like him and he did well while he was training with us. But at the moment I've got three strikers and I'm only playing two at the moment."

But Mansfield fans are far from impressed with Andy and on messageboards asking him to join us and leave Mansfield "now".
Dario is likley to launch another strike for the striker to take him onloan to take another look at him and possibly sign him on a permanent deal when his contract is up in July.
