Whalley Move Unlikley

Whalley
Gaz ain't coming!
Whalley was one of 19 players to be sacked from Bradford City last month and came on loan back to Crewe to get first team football so he can get a new club in-time for next season. Whalley impressed the fans at the end of last season and wouldn't mind if he stayed on but Dario Gradi reckons it's an unlikley scenario.

Dario on crewealex.net: “I don’t think that it will happen because I’m sure he will fix himself up. I think he should be playing in the Premier League or at least in the top half of the First Division and have recommended him to a number of clubs.

“I’ve done all I can really and we will just wait and see where he ends up. If he doesn’t manage to secure himself a new club before the start of the season, he is more than welcome to train with us. I’ve already told him we would love to have him here, even if it meant him being on a game-to-game contract.”
