West Brom had a bid rejected on friday but after 12 months of wanting Hulse they're going to try and finally put him in blue and white.
Jeremy Peace, the WBA chairman, told the Birmingham Post: "Discussions are on-going and our interest remains strong. There is obviously a lot of interest in the player now with Millwall, Cardiff and Norwich having all registered offers. It shows though, that Rob Hulse is a much sought-after guy and it is a good vote of confidence in the player."
