Talking to WiganLatics.co.uk the former Bantam boss praised the Alex: "To be honest, on their day they're probably the best footballing side in this Division I think everyone acknowledges that. They're a threat going forward with Hulse, Ashton, Jones and Jack and are on a good run of late. It's a bit like the Bristol City game when we went down there - there's more pressure on them than us as they need the result more but with our away form being better than our home it should be a really good game.
However he seems to be staying level headed about the campaign so far: "I hear we've sold all our tickets which is brilliant and the support will be very important. It's a big game, the League table shows that, but as I said before and after the Bristol game - what happens now decides nothing - prizes are only handed out in May."
