Wayne In Talks With Wrexham

Earlier this season the Alex midfielder was told he can leave the club on loan as he isn't going to get another game at the Alex. Wrexham, who are planning a rebuild for next season, are looking to take Wayne away from the Alex but as they look to do it as cheap as possible there was a stumbling block as Dennis Smith, manager, explained... He said: "I don't think Wayne's contract has been paid up. That's a problem."

The official site also reports that Wrexham have been in touch with the Alex and Crewe are considering.
