With nothing short of a miracle tomorrow it seems that boss Gudjon Thordarson is looking ahead to next season and team plans.
Thordarson told BBC Radio Stoke "There's lots to improve" and this after the Railwaymen have suffered the worst run under the Icelandic manager with no win in nine games.
Thordarson went onto say "I know what I want to do. I hope I get the support to do it. No one said it would be easy, but we'll keep going."
The Iceman will have to work hard to trim a some what large squad and will no doubt look to wheel and deal in the transfer market.
