Dean Ashton's and Steve Jones's value goes up with every game, and every goal. Last season they scored 36 goals between them and already chipped in with 5 and 4 goals respectively this season. Dean Ashton has already been linked to multiple moves to the Premiership, whilst Derby and Preston have both tried to take Steve Jones away in the past.
Dario, though, has told clubs 'hands off' the killer partnership following the 4-2 win at Derby yesterday;
"We have no plans to sell anybody at the moment and it would have to be a big offer for us to sell either of those two."
And whilst Darren Bent and Rob Earnshaw are recieving £3million+ bids this season, why shouldn't we be looking at that price for Dean Ashton?
