Ian Jeffs and Matt Garner have both gone to IBV for a season following the news, Jeffs spent much of last season in Iceland with IBV. Garner had serious injury problems to this season but the left back, despite being given a squad number, never showed enough quality to go into the team.
Tom Betts is another who spent alot of last season at IBV following injuries from a dreadful car accident. He was expected to push for the first team but despite one sub appearance never made an impact. Carl Frost meanwhile will sign for Leek Town, where he has spent all season impressing.
The retain list will be released tomorrow where more youngsters are expected to leave and Bankole and Allan Smart also will be released. Bankole could sign for Brentford after much interest earlier in the season. Chris McCready, who is out of contract, is expected to be offered a new contract despite fears that his injuries will have forced Dario to let him go.
