The axe is falling

Dario blames pressure for the awful form of 2004 and now admits that he won't be playing his best eleven for the final two games of the season, instead it'll be the players who can handle the pressure who'll get games.

"It's pressure time now and some of my players are handling it better than others.

"From now on I won't necessarily pick my best XI but the XI I think are best equipped to handle the situation we're in."

This could mean the axe for the likes of Vaughan, maybe Foster, maybe Steve Jones and probably Neil Sorvel. All had a shocking game against Palace and could easily be replaced with others.
