Firstly Dave Brammer will play against his old club tonight for the first time after fears that the captain could miss out after getting a little niggling injury on Saturday but he has since declared himself fit for tonight. Meanwhile it looks as thouhgh John Miles wilkl get his first start in an Alex shirt, ironically against the team who first turned him away after a trial at the Vale. He will probably start in place of Dean Ashton who's strained his hamstring but is not yet clear wheather he will play or not.
Other news is Stephen Foster and David Wright will miss tonights game - also suffering strains. It will mean Chris McCready can finally get his chance to shine. There is abit of good news though! Youngster Dave Vaughan returns from international duties to take his palce on the left.
