The Welsh U-21 International's original loan deal was due to expire next Wednesday but the Chelsea youngster has now extended that until April 21st with the option of emergency loan coming to effect after that date.
Crewe's number one keep Steve Phillips is back in light training and is not expected to be considered until the end of the month but the former Bristol Rovers keeper may have to be content with the bench with Taylor putting in some fine displays.
