29-year-old Leon Constantine has joined Leeds United no that their transfer embargo has been lifited.
Only a few weeks ago the Crewe management team expressed an interest for the former Port Vale striker.
Constantine had been on trial at the Elland Road outfit but was unable to sign any contract due to the sorry state of affairs at the fallen Premiership giants.
Crewe's management team are still on the look out for a big striker to replace Luke Varney who signed for Championship side Charlton back in May.
