Former Crewe player Jim Gannon brings his Stockport County side down to Gresty Road for what should be a tough Cheshire derby.

League Two outfit Stockport County will hope to push for promotion next season as the Hatters missed out last season on goal difference for a play-off spot.
Jim Gannon has brought in a few players during the close season, Matty McNeil, Gareth Owen, Gary Dicker and Paul Tierney who played on-loan at Crewe a few years back.

Stockport's pre-season has gone well with some good results agasinst Hull City (2-2) and Cardiff City (6-4 win).

Possible XI

Williams, Woodards, McCready, Baudet, Jones,Roberts, Bopp, Schumacher, Cox,Lowe, Maynard.
