Today 'The Sun' revealed that caretaker boss will try and bring in Nick Chadwick or Stefan Moore from Everton and Villa.
"CREWE are eyeing Aston Villa’s Stefan Moore and Everton’s Nick Chadwick as they bid to sign a loan striker before Saturday."
Neil Baker also confirmed that he's looking to bring in one of two premiership strikers after the 3 game goal drought.
"I have two players in mind, both of whom are currently with premiership clubs. We have made contact and are quietly confident that we can bring one of them in. You can never be sure until the player has actually signed but we will stregthen if we can." Baker revealed.
