The club says their is no change just the job titles and less work for Gradi.
However Holland will still oversee the Academy but will have a more hands on approach with the first team as well. Holland has already has had his input with the summer signings and was the main reason why Chris McCready rejoined from Tranmere Rovers.
Holland and Gradi will work in tandem with Holland taking the first team training and also have the final say on team selection. Gradi's roll will deal more with the youngsters and also sort out players contracts and any transfer dealings.
