"We are making progress with both of the boys, with two clubs, in particular, showing interest in them.
"In fact, both players have had quite a lot of interest and we're just weighing up the options and seeing where they want to go.
"We've not made any firm decisions yet."
One of the two clubs is thought to be Bristol City who have been rumoured to be tracking Walton for a couple of months.
Rodney Jack is the only other player out of contract this summer. He's gained interest from Rushden but his agent said that no decision has been made on his future...
"Rodney has not wanted to do anything until the season ended. Now he is contemplating whatever offers are on the table."
