Site Statement

Neville Hadsley, editor of Coventry City fanzine Gary Mabbut's Knee, has been threatened with legal action following "the publication of a letter in the forum section of the website" concerning Coventry chairman Mike McGinnity. This letter alledgedly contained a word which was "intended as reference to persons of a dishonest disposition."

We at the site remain completely neutral regarding this issue and do not wish to inflame the situation further.

However, in wake of such goings on, in order to ensure that the message board on this site is not shut down, I urge all messageboard members to think before posting as action may well be taken against you if libellous comments are made.

It will be your arse on the line so please DO NOT post any potentially libellous comments on our messageboard.
