Rodgers Rumours Start Again

Various reports are linking Crewe with a imminent deal to be struck between Crewe and Shrewsbury for Shrews' top scorer. Luke Rodgers scored 20 goals last season as Shrewsbury finished bottom of Division Three and now hitting 6 goals in 3 games for the conference club Dario could renew his interest.
Last month Shrewsbury told Crewe to go away, in a harsh way, as Crewe bid £200,000. It is rumoured Shrewsbury want £1million for the 20 year old but Dario may try and tempt Shrewsbury with the same amount just being paid over a longer period.
One source says Rodgers could sign this week whilst Shrewsbury say they haven't heard from Crewe. The club are yet to confirm or deny reports.
