The 24-year-old six foot defender has penned a 2 year-deal with the Railwaymen after signing for an undisclosed fee.
The tough tackling Cameroon born defender made 85 appearances for the Blue Square Premier side who narrowly missed out on promotion to the Football League.
Ada started his career at Barnet and then went on to Stevenage Borough and then Exeter City where he was loaned out to St Albans during his time at St James Park.
Ada signed for Histon in 2007 and had become a fans favourite during his two year spell although he has scored only one goal last season he also picked up 11 yellow cards.
