Fleming has made 30 apperances in total for the Black & Whites this season but the clubs plight off the field and relegation from the SPL will see a host of players leave in the summer.
It is hoped that Holland will have talks with Fleming but could face some stiff competition from Oldham Athletic fellow SPL side Motherwell and Morton.
