Since then Walton has been transfered listed after getting sent off in the 2-0 away defeat to Barnsley, Walton kicked out at the Tykes midfielder Anderson De Silva and given his marching orders after 28 minutes.
Walton started his career with Leeds United and moved to Charlton Athletic for a fee of £500k but failed to make a first team appearance for the Addicks. He was loaned out to Ipswich and Cardiff City during the 2006-07 season.
QPR then paid £200k in 2007 but Walton only made one full appearance for the Hoops and was loaned out to Hull City and made ten appearances in all for the Tigers.
He then joined Plymouth Argyle in the summer but has only made nine appearances including one as a sub for the Pilgrims.
