Railwaymen agree to sign keeper.

It is believed that 19-year-old Hinchcliffe has agreed a deal that will see him sign for the Railwaymen after the player had the remaining year of his Derby County contract paid up.

Hinchcliffe signed for Derby after he was released from Preston North End last summer by then Derby manger Billy Davies, although he made no first team appearances for the Rams.

Hinchcliffe made his football league debut against the Railwaymen when he was on loan at Tranmere Rovers back in April 2007. He came off the bench after Rovers keeper Gavin Ward was sent off for handling outside the area. The following week he made his full league debut in a 3-1 win over Brentford.
That was his last game for Rovers as his loan deal from Preston North End had ended.
