Quorn 0 v 5 Crewe Alexandra XI

Crewe's second game of the night saw a team of youngsters, trialists and some first team players thump Midland Alliance team Quorn 5-0.

Crewe went one up with Byron Moore netting followed by Nicky Maynard get his first to send the Railwaymen 2-0 up at half-time.
Further goals in the second half from Junior Brown who scored twice and sandwiched between his brace was Mark Carrington.
