QPR 'fans'
Speaking to QPR.co.uk after reading the referee's report on the game QPR Cheif Executive, David Davies, said:

"After strenuous efforts and requests for supporters not to go on to the pitch it was upsetting that so many decided to disregard our pleas. Whilst the atmosphere in the ground throughout the game was fantastic and the supporters in the main did a wonderful job getting behind the players, the actions of a minority could land us in really hot water.

"This morning we received a copy of referee Andy Hall's report to the FA and in it he makes clear reference to a nasty coin throwing incident, a supporter entering the field of play to remonstrate with him and the pitch invasion after the final whistle. It makes grim reading."

The FA could take action against the club after the match was filled with missile throwing from QPR fans - one missle hit Clayton Ince. Near the away end Crewe fans saw beer cans full of something, we wouldn't like to know what, fly from the tier above along with coins and glass bottles. Then there was a QPR fan which got onto the pitch to tryand confron the referee, Andy Hall. After the match QPR fans invaded the pitch and headed straight for the Crewe fans where more things were thrown in the direction of Crewe fans.

The FA could make QPR play their play-off home leg in closed doors or dock points.
