23-year-old Pogba who had one-year left on his contract asked to leave at the back end of last week after serving two-years at the club.
The former Wrexham striker joined the Railwaymen back in 2012 for a fee of around £30k and became an instant hit with the fans netting 16 goals in his first season.
Last season an injury in a pre-season match against a Man United XI saw him ruled out for half the season but when he returned in Januray he went on to make 22 apperances netting 5 goals including scoring the second goal against Preston North End that secure League One football for another season.
The timing of Pogba's move to Italy has not come at the best time, with the season only over a week away. Manager Steve Davis has said that the club has made a profit on the player thought to be around £100k plus add ons which will be invested in a replacement before the new season starts.
