The Pilgrims' boss told www.thisisplymouth.co.uk: "Dario Gradi spoke to (Argyle assistant boss) Tim Breacker and asked him if I had any players I might want to loan out.
"Tim said 'I don't know, you will have to speak to Ollie'.
"I have waited for Dario to call me and he hasn't, so for Chadwick's name to be put into it is a tad premature. I would imagine it's all speculation.
"I have worked hard to get a decent squad together and the last thing I'm going to do is throw them away or whatever."
