O'Connor can now play against Chesterfield (Tuesday) and then against Luton Town and Bradford City over the Easter weekend.
O'Connor has made seven appearances for the Sincil Bank club netting once in the 3-2 defeat against Barnet.
O'Connor's loan spell could yet be extended if the Imps are close to the play-offs, but the next three games will determine this.
