After Crewe's 4-1 thumping at league leader Nottingham Forest on Saturday, boss Dario Gradi will not draft in Patrick Noubissie just yet.
Noubissie who signed a two month deal in November after impressing during a week trial wil not be thrusted into the first team.
Dario Gradi is suprised on how raw the french defender is and told The Sentinal he will need more time to acclimatise to the English game.
Gradi said "I've not seen very much of Patrick and when I did I realised there was a lot of work. He gave away two penalties in his first session in half an hour. He is very enthusiastic, but a bit impetuous at the moment.
"We had just got clearance for him, but he certainly wasn't in my plans at the weekend."
With the form of want a away defender Jon Otsemobor and add to that the frustration of the crowd on Saturday, boss Dario Gradi may turn to now a fit Darren Moss. Moss had been sidelined for some weeks after having a hernia operation but is now back in full training and could replace the out of sorts Otsemobor.
