Sixfields is located on the edge of town near the M1 motorway and is part of a retail park with resteraunts and pubs. For the away fans, the main pub is usually Chevvy's but can get troublesome on occasions and isn't recommended for children. The Sixfields Tavern is the quieter of the two pubs particularly on a matchday.

The railway station is located closer to town centre but is still within 20 minutes walking distance of the ground or by bus over the road. To walk, leave the station and turn right, over the bridge and keep going up the hill passing the Saints Rugby Club on the way. Traffic can be especially busy when both rugby and football are on the same day.

The food is ok but just the usuall expensive drinks an sausage rolls etc that you will find at most clubs. Sixfields is however a modern stadium and with it comes modern facilities that sometimes lack the character of older style grounds.
