Dario Gradi has told Port Vale boss Martin Foyle that Richard Walker will be staying at the Alex. Foyle approached Gradi a couple of weeks ago whilst defender Sam Collins was still with Vale and declared that he would be willing to sell Collins to Crewe but would like Walker as part of any deal.
Walker has been on good form recently following up his fantastic performance against Leeds with a good performance against Millwall.
