No change at Crewe.

Crewe chairman John Bowler has insisted that Dario Gradi will remain in charge if the South Cheshire club next season even though his job title has changed.

Gradi who has been at the helm for 24 years will become the clubs technical dierctor on July 1st.

He will be responsible to the board for all of Crewe's football activities.

Steve Holland has been appointed first team coach and will play a pivotal role in training, team selection and management of the first-team squad.

Holland will also stay on as manager of the club's academy.

Neil Baker continues as assistant manager and continue his direction and management of the club's scouting activities, along with Glyn Chamberlain.

Gradi told the official site 'We used this visionary and gradual step to promote Steve (Holland) and share the work load. I did'nt want to be doing the same thing for the next ten years.
