Moss joined the Railwaymen back in March 2005 for a fee of £175k and made 63 appearances in total for the Alex. Although last season was hampered by injury Moss still finished strong and netted three times for the Railwaymen.
He becomes Gary Peters first signing after the Shropshire club missed out on promotion by losing 3-1 in the play-off final to Bristol Rovers.
