It was a surprise move last summer when Dario plucked Adie Moses from Huddersfield Reserves unwanted list on a free but Moses has come in a pleasantly surprised a few with his calm cool head in defence.
The 29 year old has spent his whole career in Yorkshire with Barnsley and Huddersfield but with the demise of the two clubs he snapped Dario's hand off when he was offered a deal to play in Division One and admits he would take anything to stay on after summer 2005, when his contract runs out:
"I've got a lot of work ahead of me, but I'd love to stay here. If I was offered something else next year I'd take it straight away.
"I was 29 this week and coming to Crewe was the first time I'd moved my home. I did it for the sake of my career so I could play First Division football and I've really enjoyed it here. But from a personal point of view I've been very disappointed with my luck with injuries this season."
