Byron Moore's impressive start to the season has seen him rewarded with a new 3-year deal.
18-year-old Moore broke into the first-team at the start of the season when he started against Brigton & Hove Albion.
Then he started agaisnst Hull City in the Carling Cup only for him to pick up a knee injury that kept him sidelined for four weeks.
Moore came on at the start of the second half in Crewe's 2-0 defeat at Doncaster Rovers on Sunday and his display may see him back in the starting XI against Millwall this Saturday.
Moore told the clubs official site 'Steve has said to me that I will feature this weekend and it will be nice to get a goal then too, it certainly helps with your confidence when you start games and that's really just what I'm looking to do. I'm just concentrating on working hard and proving myself and improving with every game that I play week in and week out.'
