Crewe are on the road for the second game running and a long journey to the capital and a trip to the New Den.

The Ground.

The ground opened up in 1993 replacing the Old Den and has a capacity of 20,146. All the stands are two tiered with away supprters housed in the top tier behind the goals.

Where to Drink.

Not advised to drink in the area of the ground for your own safety so if you are going by train advised to drink round London Bridge area.

Travel

Train/Tube

Trains are frequent to London with you having to get a tube from Euston to Surrey Quays and New Cross Gate both of these are on the East London line and are both 15-20 minutes from the ground.

Coach

Official coach departs at 8.30am with a price of £17 (ST holders and Members) / £18 (non-ST holders and non-members)

Car

Distance from Crewe to South Bermonsey is 175 miles.

Follow the A2 into London from Junction 2 of the M25. The A2 actually passes the ground. Once you go past New Cross Gate tube station on your right the ground is about a mile further on. The only awkward bit is about half way in-between New Cross Gate and the ground where the road splits into two. Keep to the right following the signs A2 City/Westminster. You will come to the ground on your right. Street parking can be found on the small estate on your left just past the ground.

For the Away Fan

The away fans will be situated in the North Stand and in the upper tier and no doubt that you will find it intimidating but a stong police presence will ensure that no trouble happen. You are advised to exercise caution while outside the ground. Beer is served in the ground and the club offers decent food but expect to pay for it though.
