Maynard suffers clean break.

X-rays have now confirmed that Nicky Maynard suffered a clean break to his leg (fibula) but some positive news is that he has not suffered ligament damage. Still the Winsford born striker will still face some 3-4 months on the sidelines, with this Crewe are hoping to tie up the deal to bring Lee Barnard but may face competition from two other clubs.
