The Crewe legend returned from Macclesfield's Norwegian tour yesterday, but after only having knee surgery recently, he is nowhere near to match fitness.
"I think it might be a cameo appearance from me as I am not fit to even play half a game really. I had an operation at the end of last season on my left knee. It is disappointing as I would have liked to have played a bigger part in my own testimonial. Now I think it will only be a little run out."
Macauley is looking forward to seeing the Crewe supporters in the two games, along with fellow stalwart and good friend Shaun Smith.
"Both Shaun and I are really pleased with the games and we're looking forward to them. It will be nice to meet up with the supporters again as they were brilliant through the ten years I was at Crewe."
