Tomorrow's second testimonial clash with Everton has had a poor reaction from fans following the higher profile clash against neighbours Liverpool says Testimonial Commitee Chairman Peter Hallett.
"The games being so close together has obviously had an impact," said the man behind the two games for Steve and Shaun.
Saturday's first testimonial game against Liverpool was a 10,000 sell-out at the Alexandra Stadium, however, sales have slowly reached just over the 5,000 mark for the Toffees clash.
"But we're hoping people will see they are going to get another festival of football once they have been to the Liverpool game", continued Hallett.
"Fans will be able to pay for their tickets (priced at £10 and £5 concessions) on the night and we're hoping there will be an uptake after the weekend."
So those miserable sods amongst you who don't want to go, remember its going to be for a good cause and its going to be a fun night.
