Leyton Orient away guide.

About the Ground
Crewe make their last away visit of the year with a trip to the Matchroom Stadium home of Leyton Orient.

This will be Crewe's first visit in over a decade to Brisbane Road and back in 1995 Crewe secured a 4-1 win with goals coming from Lennon, Rowbotham, Tierney and Whalley. Supporters will be in for a shock as they see a completely changed ground the capacity is 7,872 all seater. The ground has seen a lot of re-development in recent years, with the construction of two new stands. Finance for this has chiefly come from the proceeds of selling part of the Brisbane Road site to a property developer. In this groundbreaking development, the corners of the ground are being filled with blocks of residential apartments, which will certainly give the stadium a unique look. The North End of the ground is currently unused. The former terrace has been demolished in preparation for the building of a new Stand. The new North Stand will be similar in design to the existing South Stand, with a capacity of 1,500. It is intended that this will in the future house away supporters. However, it is unclear as to when the building of this stand might commence.

Where to Drink
The nearest pub to the ground is the Coach and Horses, which is about half a mile from Leyton tube station another pub, recommended is The Three Blackbirds, which is situated on Leyton High Road.
