Signed from Leigh RMI 3 years ago for £150k, the 'Derry Dahser' has since broken into the team & scored 15 goals in 36 starts for the Alex. A real fans favourite at Gresty Road will hopefully be celebrating his birthday with a couple of goals against the 'clayheads' tomorrow afternoon.

Meanwhile Andrew Barrowman, onloan from Birmingham City, continues his great start to his mini Alex career by guiding himself into the 1st Division Team Of The Week. 10 minutes into his debut the Scot scored the opening goal in a 3-0 thrashing of Derby, that was then followed up by a good 70 minutes against Preston and was today named in the Nationwide Div 1 Team Of The Week. He was the only Alex player in this weeks team of the week, but is the 5th Crewe player to make it into one, joining Ince, Foster, Vaughan and Wright.
