Jonah to Watford?

Crewe striker Steve Jones has been linked with a move to Championship outfit Watford. The Glory Hornet Boys are on the look out for strikers after selling prize assets Danny Webber and Heidar Helguson and have been linked with Crewe target Juan Ugarte as well as Crewe striker Steve Jones. Jonah has endured a difficult time in the last couple of years as his son Milo has been seriously ill. Despite these problems, Jonah has shown tremendous strength of character to leave opposition defenders admiring the back of his ginger tufty hair as he left them for dead. Jonah was inspirational in the pre-season friendly at home to Everton and scored in the 2-1 victory but was understandable inconsistant when he was eventually selected but reminded us of his ability with an outstanding performance at Millwall. Alex fans would be sad to see their hero leave but if he does we will be left with fond memories of the likeable Northern Ireland international scoring the goal which ensured another season of Championship football.
