Jonah to face the top teams of Europe

The Italy game takes place on June 3rd, it may only be a friendly but Italy won't be fielding a weak team. Whoever plays, the Derry Dasher will certainly make them look fools. Highlights will be on BBC1 on June 3rd night(11:45pm) after England highlights or there might be extensive highlights on channel 962 on Sky Digital - which is BBC Northern Ireland.

Steve Jones has also been picked to fly straight back from Italy and play against Spain in Belfast on the 11th June. They will play Spain, who were recently ranked 2nd in the world, in the Euro 2004 qualifiers and with Spain running away with Group 6 with 3 wins and 1 draw it's going to be tough. Also it looks harder when you see N. Ireland haven't even scored a goal in the group and have only 1 point. A loss against Spain would put the N. Ireland team out of the competition.
