Jonah gets Ireland call

Poland and Wales provide the opposition in September when Steve Jones will make his international return, after missing out on the last friendly due to off-field commitments. His two goals against Blackpool last night confirmed his place in Lawrie Sanchez's Northern Ireland squad.

Unfortunately Jonah won't be up against Vaughan, for Wales, as hoped. Vaughan was only called up for the Wales U-21s. You never know about the 2nd match against Wales though. There's also the game against England to come in March next year, or October for Vaughany - hopefully.

Ireland will play Poland at home on 4th September and Wales away on 8th September.
