Tolley's agent, Wayne Elsey, says Reading, Norwich, Oxford and Swansea are all after the Welsh midfielder. Today though confirmed, to Planet Football, that Crewe and Stoke are both interested in him.... and 'very' interested.
"Crewe are very interested in Tolley. We have also spoken to Stoke for quite abit about him. There's alot of interest and talks will continue".
Tolley will come at a price though , with two years on his contract Shrewsbury could want as much as £100k, however Dario did say non-league clubs can't ask for that sort of money anymore.
